More bookings more vactions.
Club Wyndham is one of more than 20 brands in the premier portfolio of Wyndham Destinations, offers 100 resorts and more than 14,000 vacation ownership units across North America and the Caribbean for about 509,000 owner families around the world.
I worked closely with the Art Director to help lead in the design of the new Club Wyndham site refresh. Club Wyndham needed to update its current aging site in a more modern way in terms of user experience, ease to manage/book vacations, attract new customers and keep up with competitors. Lots of research went into learning the overall model of timeshare, booking flows, how users manage their accounts, what drives a member to keep booking and more.

A place to book.
Created several versions of user home landing pages, one goal was to give a landing page for users to see and manage their account at top but also a home to give related content, deals and news catered to their usage experience.

Member dashboard.
Similar to the user home dashboard the account dashboard opens up to allow the users to quickly and easily see their account status in addition to allowing the user to switch to a different account/contract. As it was one of the larger use-cases for current users.

Mapping out your vaction.
A lacking and wanted feature to the Club Wyndham refresh was a more robust searching and geo location feature for uses to help easily find their next vacation spot.

Tablets + Vacations are your best buddy.
I led a small group of designers in Smoshes whole site re-work, we wanted Smosh (Ian and Anthony) to have a larger presence away from Youtube but also not alienate Youtube and thus we went out to create a new home and ecosystem for Smosh fans to consume more of the Smosh content they crave in the from of streaming video/music, articles, games, count-down lists and build a community around comments and forums.

Tablets too big, we got you.
In all my designs I make sure the mobile format is just as robust as my desktop counterpart while still keeping the mobile experience as smooth as possible to use.
