Charge it & travel.
American Express is best known as a charge card and credit card issuer, but the company also offers other products and services, including travel booking and planning using Amex Travel. At its most basic, American Express Travel is an online travel booking portal (or “online travel agency”) just like Expedia, Kayak, and Orbitz.
I helped lead in the first phases of the new Amex Travel site refresh working directly with our UX team, client and Art Director and brought forth various new site layouts and new visual tone and style. I created a new travel experience for Amex that is not only minimal but easy to navigate and book flights on multiple devices.

Lovely vactions await.
I led in the new homepage designs for Amex Travel, I had to keep some key points in mind to get users excited about traveling, have the platform ease to use and be usable on a wide-set of devices.

I am a huge fan of having opportunities to push a web experience and here I wanted the Amex site in a tablet format to feel more like a native app.

Mobile on the move.
A great challenge in design is taking complexity and scaling it down while keeping its most needed raw parts. Designing for mobile has and will always be a fun challenge to design for.
